Rotary equipment installation and maintenance engineering
Slewing bearings in rotating equipment are large bearings capable of withstanding comprehensive loads, simultaneously bearing large axial and radial loads and overturning moments. Slewing bearings generally feature mounting holes, internal or external gears, lubrication holes, and sealing devices, thus enabling a compact main machine design, easy guidance, and convenient maintenance. Slewing bearings are widely used in large rotating devices of lifting machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, port machinery, marine machinery, as well as high-precision radar machinery and missile launchers. Various special-structure slewing bearings can also be designed, developed, and manufactured according to specific user requirements.

Piping Engineering

Industrial piping engineering, depending on its nature, can be broadly categorized into marine piping, chemical industry piping, underground engineering piping, power piping, and submarine piping. Its scope includes oil pipelines, fuel oil pipelines, gas pipelines, steam pipelines, water pipelines, compressed air pipelines, and acid/alkali liquid pipelines. Pipeline materials include various types of steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, cast steel pipes, cast iron pipes, plastic pipes, lead pipes, and other materials. The job scope of an industrial piping technician mainly includes: reading and drawing blueprints; preparing and using materials and tools; implementing work safety measures; matching and placing pipes; cutting, drilling, reaming, enlarging, and bending pipes; pipe splicing; pipe fixing; pipeline inspection including leak detection, air pressure and water pressure testing; welding inspection, disinfection, cleaning, insulation, and venting. The skill level depends on the skill items, types, and standards of the various technical tools available.
Cold working related engineering
Cold working, also known as "steelwork" or "Western work," involves processing various steel plates, pipes, and profiles with a thickness of 0.3 cm or more through processes such as marking, laying out, unfolding, cutting, bending, extruding, punching, and shaping. These materials are then assembled and installed into ship frames, building frames, boilers, bridges, and other metal structures using methods such as screwing, riveting, or welding.

Other projects
If factory machinery and equipment or steel pipelines are not adequately protected against rust and corrosion and are not properly maintained, this may lead to leaks or insufficient strength, resulting in accidents.
Taipower, the client, had high requirements for the protection of its factory machinery and steel pipelines located in harsh atmospheric conditions classified as "highly corrosive" according to ISO 12944 environmental classification, near the ocean. Hung Yi, with its professional rust prevention engineering technology, was able to achieve results that met the client's rust prevention requirements.
